🚨BREAKING — CDC Creates ICD-10 Billing Codes For Doctors To Keep Track Of People Who Refuse To Take A COVID-19 Vaccine
This is shocking. Doctors will now report those who refuse COVID vaccination as delinquent in a huge database. They will do this by using ICD-10 codes. But what are ICD-10 codes, and what does this really mean……?
Continue scrolling to learn what we are all in for……
Start here. ICD-10 stands for International Classification of Disease. 10 stands for 10th edition. Essentially, 10th edition indicates this system has been around a long time. To give an example, ICD-1 was used internationally beginning 1909.
Traditionally, ICD-10 codes are medical billing codes. Essentially, each code has an associated disease. For instance I10 is essential hypertension. Therefore, a practitioner glancing at a patients chart only seeing I10 will immediately think high blood pressure, or hypertension. Another example is E11. This signifies diabetes type II. Succinctly put, ICD-10 codes identify disease, and are used by healthcare professionals, and insurance companies to communicate with each other.
What ISN’T ICD-10? First let me explain, healthcare professionals use this system to classify disease — NOT to classify vaccination status. After all, vaccination status in not disease.
Interestingly, just the other day, CDC announces they will add ICD-10 codes for doctors to log patient COVID-19 vaccination status effective April 1st 2023. That means there’s a push for all doctors to enter their patient’s vaccination status into a large medical database - and they most likely will comply.
That is bad new because allowing CDC, and WHO to use the ICD-10 system for COVID-19 vaccine status could result in discrimination against the unvaccinated, or even those who refuse to get another dose.
Next thing you know, the unvaccinated, or person(s) who refused another COVID shot are not permitted to fly, to venture in to certain geographic locations, etc….Maybe they are refused medical care. That said, this is not something to take lightly.
Here is a list of the new codes:
Z28.310 -Unvaccinated for COVID-19
Z28.311- Partially vaccinated - received at least 1 dose
