Sadly, young healthy kids at lowest risk for COVID-19 have been forced to mask up for a long time and they’re tired of it. They now understand harms of masking outweigh the benefits. That said, this video shows students walking out of school in protest of mask mandates.
Importantly, this is a reminder that many students are now on the right side of history. Considering the mild nature of Omicron, and kids being at lowest risk of severe disease from the virus, mask mandates need to go.
