A new peer reviewed paper was released on MDPI and it showed Pfizer mRNA vaccine components integrating into the DNA of human liver cells. Essentially, the aforementioned study was conducted after increased curiosity in similar animal studies where lipid nanoparticles from certain SARS-CoV-2 vaccines caused transient liver damage). Moreover, there were additional in vitro studies that revealed SARS-CoV-2 RNA being reverse transcribed then integrated into cells, but not spliced into the genome. So, in this video, I’ll explain everything you need to know about the new data. We’ll go over graphs and charts, and some slides I created for you.

The Study

To set the table, please understand these two pieces of information:
Before their vaccine was rolled out to humans, preclinical studies developed by Pfizer & BioNTech showed transient hepatic (liver) damage in animals that receiving BNT162b2 (Pfizer vaccine)
Now that the table has been set, the data will be explained:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Pfizer’s vaccine on Huh7 hepatoma human liver cells in vitro
First, human liver cells were exposed to BNT162b (Pfizer vaccine)
Second, after 6 hours, those cells were broken apart so their contents could be analyzed
Next, quantitative PCR testing was used to observe vaccinal mRNA inside of human liver cells along with other changes (FIG. 1 📸 BELOW). PCR was programmed to identify 444 bases of the 4284 base spike protein code from the Pfizer vaccine inside the exposed HUH7 human liver cells

Moving on, PCR testing revealed elevated vaccinal mRNA inside cells with increased levels of house keeping genes (FIG. 2 📸) compared to Ctrl. Regrettably, FIG. 2 📸 doesn’t specify which housekeeping genes were increased, that is revealed in the next image. However the point of FIG. 2 📸 is to show that cells exposed to V1 (0.5 mcgs), V2 (1 mcgs), and V3 (2 mcgs) had higher levels of vaccinal mRNA. Essentially, that’s the point of the vaccine. Your body uses the mRNA code from Pfizer to produce viral spike proteins (the antigen) so you can create antibodies to fight the virus the next time you come in contact with it

Next, affected cells and their contents were isolated and showered with either Cy3 Donkey anti-mouse antibody, or anti-LINE-1 ORF1p mouse monoclonal antibody + stained red, and blue with Hoechst and compared to a control (Ctrl) group (FIG. 3📸). Red stain = increased presence of housekeeping LINE-1 protein ORF1 (Long interspersed nuclear element-1). Red+blue Hoechst stains together show LINE-1 ORF1 proteins within the nucleus
Results from IMG A below: Compared to control (Ctrl) group that was not exposed to the vaccine and exhibited next to no red staining, cells that were exposed to either 0.5 mcgs, 1 mcgs, or 2 mcgs of Pfizer, had substantially increased levels of LINE-1 ORF1p (RED BOXES IN FIG. 3 📸) proteins within them. That happened because BNT162b2 in the cells increased the expression of housekeeping gene LINE-1 in the nucleus which in turn sent out mRNA of itself to be duplicated by ribosomes, thus creating many LINE-1 proteins. Soon after, ORF-1 from LINE-1 protein detached itself and went back into the nucleus to find the vaccine mRNA and reverse transcribed it into DNA.
💡Simply put, after LINE-1 proteins were made, a portion called ORF-1 went back into the cell nucleus and chaperoned the combination of Pfizer’s vaccinal RNA with human DNA of liver cells💡
Results from IMG B+C+D below: The takeaway can be seen by glancing at letter D. Compared to the control group (Ctrl), there was nearly double the amount of LINE-1 protein within the nucleus of human liver cells with a 2 mcg dose of Pfizer

Next, after discovering an increased presence of the LINE-1 gene through red/blue staining, the level of expression or activity of housekeeping protein LINE-1 was measured. Turns out, compared to the control (Ctrl) not exposed to the vaccine, all other groups had very high levels of LINE-1 expression as soon as 6 hours after vaccine exposure (FIG. 4 📸)
Q: So who cares if LINE-1 ORF-1 protein levels are increased within the nucleus of human liver cells from mRNA vaccines?
A: Many people care actually. That’s because increased expression of LINE-1 is historically associated with cancer. You see, in most human cells, LINE-1 production is repressed. Just so you understand, LINE-1 is involved in editing DNA by copying RNA. Essentially, it can change a part of the genomic code if present in high enough levels within cells and we don’t want this done with Pfizer mRNA

Finally, FIG. 5 📸 shows that BNT162b2 mRNA was reverse transcribed intracellularly into DNA as fast as 6 hours after Pfizer exposure. That means, vaccine mRNA was integrated into the DNA of human liver cells from increased expression of LINE-1 gene which is associated with malignancy
When looking at the image below, BNT indicates Pfizer exposed liver cells. Conversely, Ctrl are cells that were not exposed. Again, all groups were tested at 6, 24, and 48 hours. As a side note it should be stated that this study stopped examining cells at 48 hours so who knows how long this process could go on for

What does all of this mean?
Truthfully, more data is needed to draw any conclusions. You see, even though this is a peer reviewed study in a well known biology journal, testing was done in-vitro. That means the Pfizer vaccine from this study was only tested in isolated cells, not inside an actual human/organism. So, the next step would be to study this in vivo, then in humans. For now, we’ll just have to settle for the data that’s available. Be that as it may, how do you feel about the data presented in this study?
