These 2 Universities Just Announced Bivalent Booster Mandates For Students
Universities are home to some of the brightest academic minds. So why have many of them begun mandating covid shots for students who would derive little to no benefit? One word. Bias.
At this point, many college aged students have been double vaccinated, infected, boosted, then infected again. So why would it make any sense for them to be forced into taking a bivalent booster? The answer. This was not about sense.
Speaking of non-sense, new data have shown the risk of myocarditis for males aged 16-30 after a dose of Pfizer or Moderna to be around 1/5000. Historically, most young males have done fine with the virus, especially after most were already vaccinated and infected. So, introducing a booster merely increases the risk of myocarditis, while conferring little to no benefit against severe disease or death. That is a poor trade-off.
Clearly, this was not about science. However, many would attempt to convince you so.
The reality is, many universities have been captured. Meaning, a small, but effective group of politically partisan ideologues with no health background within said universities have forced mandates on students, faculty, and even staff. Just say no right?
Unfortunately, if one failed to comply, their academic career could be ruined, they could lose their job, or worse, be blackballed. It is not hard to see why many decided to roll up their sleeves.
However, this can be stopped. How so? DO NOT GIVE THESE UNIVERSITIES MONEY.

HARVARD
Harvard mandated that all students receive a bivalent Omicron-specific booster or else have their education placed on hold. Sadly, they even implied boosters reduce transmission because, “getting vaccinated is the best way to protect yourself AND FRIENDS”.

Columbia University announced they are requiring all students, staff, and faculty to receive a new bivalent covid booster to be on campus this coming semester.

It is frightening that these educational institutions have lost the capacity for independent thought. They are still immersed in “fearful thinking”, and not availing themselves of rational, investigative research. Why are they so unwilling to stray from the current narrative? These young people are being put at risk for no valid reason.
