This is really interesting, but the final point got me:

"Specifically, cases of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that immediately followed mRNA vaccination which illuminated the need for better cancer surveillance post COVID-19 vaccination."

Well, we better check for it just in case. Like, that's not the medical expertise I would seek from a doctor who charges hundreds of dollars for an hour of face-to-face time with a patient.

Instead of adopting increased cancer surveillance, which may detect (though most cancer prevention methods do not result in net-positive patient outcomes using total life years) cancers following vaccination, why would the Powers That Be not cease the vaccination program because the shots are causing cancer? This seems like utter madness.

I was confused by the graphic showing microscopic examination of affected tissues. The text says that the lower arrow (red) points to an abnormally large cell and the top (yellow) arrow points to a normal cell. I'm no pathologist but it looks to be the exact opposite---the top arrow indicates a cell that looks overly large to me.
